JH/JV Football Time & Location Change
Our junior high and JV football games on Monday, October 12, will now be played in Exira.
The junior high game begins at 4:15 p.m., with JV to follow.
Team dismissal and bus departure will both be 15 minutes earlier than originally scheduled.
CAM Junior High Volleyball wrapped up their final practice with a little fun! The girls brought anything but a water bottle and wore anything but kneepads. After a few fun drills, they got back to work preparing for their last game of the season.

On Friday, October 2nd, 10th-12th grade students attended Audubon Career Day! Students interacted with businesses in a variety of fields such as: Manufacturing, Mechanics, Healthcare, Agriculture, and Small Businesses.
Deluxe Driving will be offering a Driver’s Education class here at CAM High School beginning October 19!
We will need at least 15 students to sign up in order for the class to be held.
If your student is interested, they must have their driver’s permit within 10 days of the class starting.
Sign-Up Deadline: October 14
Paperwork to sign up can be picked up in the Jr./Sr. High School Office.
If your student is interested in taking Driver’s Education at CAM, be sure to get your paperwork turned in by the deadline!

Jr/Sr High Classroom of the Week | October 5–9
This week, we’re highlighting Ms. Marin, who teaches High School Spanish, Spanish Culture, and 8th Grade Exploratory Spanish at our Jr./Sr. High School!
In Spanish Culture, our students learned about the history of piñatas before making two of their own from scratch. Using water, flour, and balloons, they created papier-mâché piñatas, decorated them, and filled them with candy. Then came the much-anticipated finale—breaking them open!
The finished piñatas may have lasted only seconds, but students had plenty of fun throughout the process. Check out the photos of their work!
Volleyball + Ice Cream = A Sweet Night!
Join us at our next home volleyball game on October 6 as we take on Glidden-Ralston!
Our students will be serving ice cream bowls with a toppings bar as a class fundraiser during the JH, JV, and Varsity games.

CAM takes on Northwood-Kensett this Friday at West Bend-Mallard High School!
Tickets: Tickets must be purchased online in advance. There will be NO CASH SALES at the gate.

Concessions: Concessions will be available and are located behind the CAM sideline.

We’re also grateful to Hansen’s Fine Jewelry for the tiara; Terry Nichols for making magnets for the royalty’s parade trucks; and Farmhouse & Flowers for the beautiful bouquets for our queen and dedication.
Thank you to Gregg Young and Tom Murphy for helping provide nine trucks for the royalty, and to the drivers who traveled to Atlantic to pick them up. To everyone who joined the parade, watched along the route, or came to the pep rally: thank you for showing up for CAM.
Our staff and students brought the energy and spirit that made the week so much fun. And a special thank-you to Lindsay South for taking Homecoming dance photos, made available to students at no cost thanks to an anonymous donor.
