Our new website launches today, bringing school updates, Live Feed highlights,
news, meal menus, and our events calendar together at www.camcougars.org. The website transition will start around noon.
Make the website your first stop for school information! Everything we post on our main Facebook page will also be available on the website, and the website will include additional information that may not appear on Facebook. Our events calendar will become the place to check upcoming activities and schedule changes, replacing Monday Bound preview posts.
Updates from several school-related Facebook pages will now be shared through our website and main district Facebook page, making it easier to stay connected with our school community in one place.

Jr/Sr High Classroom of the Week | October 12-16
This week, we’re highlighting Mr. Taylor, who teaches Digital Media and Broadcasting at our Jr./Sr. High School!
Our students welcomed writer and musician Amanda Fagan for a week of hands-on production work. They recorded three different performances and spent 20 hours working with her to record a music video.
Along the way, our students earned compliments on their drive and professionalism. We’re proud to see them putting their classroom skills to work and making a positive impression through their effort and dedication!

Our first graders learned about fire safety on Friday, October 9! Firefighters showed students their protective gear and fire trucks, while EMTs gave them a look inside the ambulance. We wrapped up the day with an assembly recognizing our coloring and poster contest winners.
Thank you to our local firefighters and EMTs for sharing your time and expertise with our students, and for all you do to keep our communities safe!

What a fun week for CAM Cougar Cheer!
A couple weeks ago, our Youth Cheer Campers joined the CAM Cougar Cheerleaders to learn some of our favorite cheers, practice jumps and cheer skills, and put together a short routine.
Then on Friday night, they got to take the track and show off everything they learned! We loved seeing their excitement, hard work, and Cougar spirit!
A huge thank you to all of our youth cheerleaders for spending the day with us and to everyone who came out to cheer them on! We hope you had as much fun as we did!
Here are a few pictures from camp and their Friday night performance!

Two hours left to grab a free lunch in Anita!
CAM FFA is serving at the Anita Co-op until 1:00 p.m. today! Stop by for a hamburger, chips, dessert, and a drink—all on us as a thank-you to our hardworking farmers.
Can’t make it today? We’ll also be at the Massena and Cumberland Co-ops on Thursday, October 15, from 10:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Take a lunch break and let us treat you!

Fall adventures for our youngest Cougars!
Our CAM preschool students visited Thompson’s Fall Festival near Macksburg last week for a field trip that took learning beyond the classroom. Exploring the pumpkin patch gave our little learners a chance to see fall on the farm up close!
Thank you to Thompson’s Fall Festival for welcoming our students!
