If you have an interest in, or a need for – child care in the Massena area, the City would like your information, as it moves forward with the process. Spanish Potluck

  On Monday, December 16th, 2019, Ms. Marin, along with 30 of her Spanish students, held a Spanish Potluck. It took place in the high school commons, with help from the kitchen. When asked how the idea came about, Ms. Marin said that she was looking for a cultural activity that would interest the students. Naturally, food is a big interest among the students, so after a couple years of having this idea, it was able to happen. . . .

CAM FCA Experiences Heart-Warming Day

  The CAM Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) group, along with some kids from the CAM Student Council, traveled to the Veterans Affairs Hospital in Omaha, Nebraska to deliver gifts. Small groups of these students put together gift bags that included different items like deodorant, blankets, gloves, etc. collected from our community. Large Group Speech SHOWCASE

Isaac Bower visits with CAM 8th grade students

Isaac Bower, a 2019 graduate of CAM was asked by Miss Booker if he would speak to the 8th graders about skills they would need in high school and after high school to help them be successful.  Isaac attends Morningside College and is a member of the 2019 Morningside College National Champion football team.  Isaac talked to the 8th graders about setting goals, organization, time management, skills needed to be successful and . . .

CAM North 5th Grade Project

CAM North Fifth Grade students collected over 200 items to be donated to the Iowa Children's hospital.  Their classmate, Emery, spent time in the hospital before and after a bone marrow transplant.  The class wanted to help comfort and provide joy to other sick children during their hospital stay. They collected games, toys, craft and art supplies, and toiletries.
