Our third senior this week is Kolby Nelsen. Kolby is the son of Oscar and Kelsie Nelsen. He has one older brother, Kade, and two younger sisters, Kylie and Kendra. Kolby is involved in track, baseball, and Boomerang. Kolby’s three most important things in life are family, friends, and being able to spend time with loved ones. His plan for after graduation is to join the Camplin Plumbing and Heating apprenticeship program to earn his licensing in plumbing and heating work. He is unsure about his dream job, but is excited to start a career. His excuse for late homework is, “I never have late homework ;).” Kolby’s advice for upcoming seniors is, “Don’t take the time in high school for granted because it’s gone before you know it.” What he misses about not being in school is missing the opportunity to have a proper graduation and play the sports he loves, as well as seeing friends that you don’t see everyday without school. Good luck Kolby Nelsen in your future endeavors!!
