CAM Board of Education
Thursday, March 19, 2020
The CAM Community School District Board of Education held a special meeting on March 19, 2020 in the Superintendent’s office at the CAM High School building. Present were Directors Gary Dinkla, Julie Williamson, Nick Kauffman, Chuck Kinzie, Superintendent Paul Croghan, and Secretary Lindsay Jahde. Director Mike Plagman was absent.
President Gary Dinkla opened the meeting at 4:30 p.m. and read the CAM CSD mission statement. Motion received from Chuck Kinzie to approve the agenda, seconded by Julie Williamson, and carried on a 4-0 voice vote.
PANDEMIC PAY RESOLUTION: A motion was received from Chuck Kinzie and seconded by Julie Williamson to approve the Pandemic Pay Resolution authorizing continued pay to employees for up to four weeks during the temporary closure. A copy of the resolution is on file at the district office and can be viewed upon request. A roll call vote was taken and recorded as follows: Chuck Kinzie-aye, Julie Williamson-aye, Nick Kauffman-aye, and Gary Dinkla-aye.
ADJOURNMENT: At 4:35 p.m. the board adjourned the special meeting on a motion from Nick Kauffman, seconded by Julie Williamson and carried on a 4-0 voice vote.
