The CAM Shooting Team traveled to the Loess Hills Youth Shooting event on May 10th. Creighton Kinzie placed first in the meet for the Intermediate Shooters by shooting a 45/50 and Trenton Boots placed third with a 43/50. The CAM boys golf team traveled to Dunlap for a conference meet on Tuesday, May 4th. With Sectionals coming up next Friday, hosted in Dunlap, this meet would be important for the golfers to be able to study the course and be ready for next week. The CAM boys track team traveled to Southwest Valley located in Corning on Tuesday May 7th. CAM destroyed the competition with a score of 127 points. Several CAM events took first place. Fifth graders in Mrs. Stokley’s class worked hard researching and writing speeches during the month of April. The theme for their speeches was “Someone Who Has Overcome”.
