CAM CSD EMPLOYEE HANDBOOK:  A motion by Chuck Kinzie, seconded by Nick Kauffman to revise the salary schedule in the employee handbook to reflect the wage increase for 2019-2020 with an additional fixed amount of $700.00 and a 2.5% increase to anyone that has maxed out on their current step.  Motion carries on a 5-0 voice vote.

COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH SUPERINTENDENT SEARCH:  Discussion was held regarding the current agreement with Nodaway Valley CSD as well as sharing dollars received.  Dr. Berlau shared that he has done some research on costs for search firms and they ranged anywhere from $6,300.00 to $10,000.  The board indicated they intend to move forward with the search process in accordance with the current sharing agreement in place with the Nodaway Valley CSD.  It was the consensus of the board that costs associated with the search process should be shared equally between the districts and should be pro-rated in the event the contract is terminated after the first year.
