On Friday, September 14th, the Cougars faced off in another district game against the West Harrison Hawkeyes. The final score was 52-8 with the Cougars coming out on top. CAM started out strong and kept it that way throughout the entire game. Ending the game with only 274 yards on offense, the Cougars were very efficient starting with exceptional field position for the majority of the game. The defense held the Hawkeyes to just eight points, the second time this season the opponents have been held to one score. This win puts the Cougars at 3-1 on the season and 1-1 in district play. CAM will face off in a key week five matchup against the Exira-EHK Spartans, for our Tackle Hunger game.

The CAM Cougar JV is also off to an excellent start winning both games that they have played. The Cougars have shut out both East Union and Glidden-Ralston while also putting up over 100 points on offense! The JV will play Exira-EHK on Monday, September 17, hoping for another excellent performance.
