AC - CAM CROSS COUNTRY
The AC - CAM Cross Country team is a conglomerate program consisting of high school runners from both Adair Casey and CAM high schools. We have 10 boys and 7 girls out for the team this season. Head Coach Dave Sanders and Assistant Coach Frank Dea have high hopes for both the boys and the girls team.

We had our season opener cross country meet in Treynor on September 9 this year. This meet is typically one of the most competitive meets of the season and this year was no different. Tri-Center, St. Aberts, Exira, Logan Magnolia, Underwood, Treynor, and A-H-S-T were all in attendance. Most of our runners improved their course times from last season and many improved their place rankings as well. We plan to see continued improvement throughout the season from each and everyone of our runners!	Ben Dressler
