CAM’s 09-10 ISEA Design-A-Decal Contest Winners

During the 2009-2010 school year, I had my Anita High School, Anita Elementary, and Massena Elementary students enter the ISEA sticker contest for the second year. The stickers are supposed to promote an upbeat positive message such as “Way to Go” or “Good Job”. I encourage them to limit their wording to three or less words and one picture. The winning stickers are given to teachers to hand out to students or put on student papers. This contest is open to students grades K-12 in Iowa. Twenty-four winning stickers are chosen from across the state. Since most schools are lucky to even have one winner in the district, we are very proud of having three winners! I should also note, that Kydie Woolsey has now won for the second year in a row!
Here’s a list of our winners with a brief description of their sticker.
Kydie Woolsey of Anita Elementary (4th) - “Jump to an A” with a frog.
Katlyn Holaday of Massena Elementary (5th) – “PURRRFECT” with a striped cat.
Ali Hosfelt of CAM High School (9th) – “Way to Go” with a stop sign.
The winning stickers will eventually be in color. These images show how they were entered into the contest.
Congratulations Ali, Katlyn & Kydie!!!
